These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AISupplyNav, operated by KCENAV.AI ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AISupplyNav provides AI-powered supply chain intelligence for small and mid-size manufacturers, including:
All outputs are generated using artificial intelligence and are labeled with confidence indicators: [VERIFIED], [ESTIMATE], or [SEEK EXPERT ADVICE]. See Section 6 for the full AI accuracy disclaimer.
The Supply Chain Health Assessment is available at no cost. Free features may change over time.
Certain reports (e.g., Risk Assessment) are available for one-time purchase at published prices. You pay after initiating the report and before receiving the full output.
No refunds after delivery. Once a report or analysis has been generated and delivered, the purchase is final. You are paying for the work product, which cannot be "returned."
Cancel anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds. We do not charge cancellation fees.
If you experience a genuine service failure (e.g., a purchased report was not delivered or is materially defective), contact us within 7 days. We will either re-deliver or refund at our discretion.
You own your data. All supply chain data, company information, and inputs you provide remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You own the outputs. Reports, assessments, analyses, and recommendations generated for you are yours to use for any lawful business purpose. We retain no license to your specific outputs beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
The AISupplyNav platform, including its design, code, AI models, methodologies, and branding, is the property of KCENAV.AI. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our platform.
In the future, AISupplyNav may integrate with NAV Pass for cross-platform data sharing. If you opt in, your data may be shared across the KCENAV.AI network under separate terms disclosed at the time of opt-in. You will never be auto-enrolled.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KCENAV.AI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or data protection matters.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
